Go to your Valheim steam install directory for example X:\Steam\steamapps\common\Valheim\ and in there open folder valheim_Data
Open boot.config file with your text editor and add thse lines on top of it:
gfx-enable-gfx-jobs=1
gfx-enable-native-gfx-jobs=1
gfx-enable-jobs=1
wait-for-native-debugger=0
vr-enabled=0
hdr-display-enabled=0
gc-max-time-slice=3
